Jake Fabrizio is a Principal Research Analyst, specializing in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), including productivity, communications, and enterprise applications. He joined ETR in 2020 as a Market Research Coordinator after designing e-learning content on project management, business, and technology. Jake graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in information management, international relations, and history, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Data Science. Outside of work, Jake enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, history, arts, and culture.
