Daren Brabham is a VP Research Analyst, joining ETR in 2021 from his prior role as a tech industry analyst at Gartner. He spent the first half of his career as a professor in journalism schools, and publishing research on crowdsourcing and online communities. He earned a master’s and Ph.D. in communication from the University of Utah, and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University. Daren enjoys cooking, collecting contemporary art, and music festivals. For the past 25 years, he has volunteered for the American Legion Texas Boys State program.
