Avia S. Haynes is a full stack marketer who oversees ETR’s marketing strategy and
efforts. After joining ETR in 2022 as the Marketing, Communications, and Brand
Manager, she then was promoted in 2023. Avia brings 20 years of experience in
marketing, art direction, project management, and design, and holds a bachelor’s in
mass communications from Texas State University (which she still calls Southwest
Texas) and graduate degrees in Marketing and Social Media from Southern New
Hampshire University. When she gets a chance, Avia spends her time in her garden and
kitchen.
